I have always been an active person starting as a cross-country runner ,boxing in the army to competing in strongman and power lifting. Utilising my training knowledge and experience to help and motivate others to reach their goals.

Level 3 Personal TrainerSports Nutrition and Studio Cycling and Circuits, currently studying towards level 4 (teaching and education) 

Rob has a special Interest in ‘exercise around injury’s showing his clients how to train effectively around injuries, encouraging ‘pain free’ movement.

Rob brings the personal into personal training… he aims to bring the best out of his clients removing all social barriers, encouraging his clients to build confidence within their environment and within themselves, he loves getting to know what makes his clients tick. 

Rob isn’t into the ‘build’ game .. he adores functional training moving well in everyday situations. Rob also has a wide range in Music taste which is highlighted in his Spinning Classes, now a regular part of BIG class curriculum
